At SEXSO JEANS, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with all denim tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Denim
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is protected and the return form is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
